These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and fi77 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing all aspects of your use of the fi77 website at fi77.vip, including its subdomains, mobile web interface, and any affiliated service or product offered under the fi77 brand. By registering an account, accessing any page of fi77.vip, or placing any wager on any game or sporting event offered through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary policy explicitly states otherwise.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one fi77 account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts. fi77 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where bonus funds have been claimed across multiple accounts, fi77 reserves the right to void those bonuses and withhold related winnings.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your fi77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. fi77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. • One account per person: duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable. You must not share your login details with any other person.

• You must notify fi77 support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• All KYC documentation submitted to fi77 must be genuine. Submitting fraudulent or altered documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• fi77 may place a temporary hold on an account pending KYC review. During this period, withdrawals will not be processed but the account balance will be preserved.

All financial transactions on fi77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fi77 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad typically settle in the fi77 wallet within approximately 60 seconds of confirmation on the mobile financial service (MFS) provider's end. fi77 does not charge any transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your MFS provider may apply its own standard transaction charges, for which fi77 bears no responsibility.

• fi77 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on individual accounts based on account history, verification status, or risk assessment outcomes.
• In the event that a deposit is credited to your fi77 wallet in error (e.g., due to a technical fault), you are obligated to notify fi77 support immediately. Wagering erroneously credited funds before notifying fi77 is a breach of these Terms.
• fi77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, e-wallets not registered in the player's name, or cryptocurrency wallets of any type.

fi77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the first deposit, periodic reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL Finals, and Victory Day. All fi77 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Any attempt to interfere with the technical operation of fi77.vip, including through distributed denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, or any other method, will be treated as a serious criminal matter.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent KYC documents, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using fi77 to process funds derived from criminal activity, or structuring transactions to conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market, or sharing information in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using systematic strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures.
• Chargeback fraud: Filing payment chargebacks after wagering deposited funds and retaining associated winnings.

• Where a manifest error (pricing error, obvious mistake in odds) is identified in a sports betting market, fi77 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes, regardless of the apparent outcome.
• Live in-play betting on cricket and other sports is subject to real-time data feeds. fi77 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice during a live event to ensure market integrity.
• Winnings from casino games and sports bets are credited to your fi77 wallet in BDT immediately upon settlement of the relevant game or market.
• fi77 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, market, or provider at any time. Games may be withdrawn from the library due to provider decisions, technical requirements, or regulatory compliance.

fi77 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where fi77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring, where account activity raises AML or fraud concerns, or where fi77 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, fi77 will notify the player via their registered email within a reasonable timeframe and will preserve the account balance during the investigation period.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their fi77 account may do so by contacting fi77 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, fi77 will process the closure within five business days. Any verified, unencumbered balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and identity verification requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

Players who wish to self-exclude from fi77 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings or by contacting support. • Where an account is closed by fi77 for breach of Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full. fi77 will communicate the reason for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.
• A player whose account has been closed by fi77 for breach of Terms may not re-register a new fi77 account without the express written consent of fi77.
• fi77 will retain account data for the period required by applicable data retention standards. For details of how fi77 handles personal data following account closure, please refer to the fi77 Privacy Policy.
• In the event of the death of a registered account holder, verified next-of-kin may submit a claim for the return of any unencumbered account balance by contacting support with appropriate documentation.
• fi77 will comply with any lawful request from a competent authority to suspend or close an account, freeze account balances, or produce account records.
